Good news for all of our old and new customers alike. We’ll shortly be introducing a new online booking system to our website. This means that you’ll be able to check the availability of our inflatables 24 hours a day, find out what the delivery charges are to come to your chosen area, see discounts when booking more than one inflatable and of course book the inflatables that you want to book in our online diary.

We hope this new system will improve the service that we offer to our customers, as you will automatically receive a booking confirmation email and you chosen inflatables will be reserved in our diary so that no-one else can book them until we’ve contacted you to confirm your booking information.

You can of course still call us, if you’d prefer the human touch!

We’re really excited about this new technology and we hope that you will be too, so please keep checking back on our website over the next few weeks to see how the new system works.

We attend between 50 and 100 Scout events each year and provide inflatable fun for thousands of young people every year. We hope you all had a good Christmas and New Year! Now that we’re properly into 2011, don’t forget to start thinking about booking your bouncy castle for your party. We’re already taking bookings for the summer, so book early to avoid disappointment. And don’t forget, if you book a castle for an indoor party up until 31st March, you can get £10 off if you mention that you read our blog.

We can now also accept card payments through Paypal (you don’t need a Paypal account to make a payment though), so if you’d like to pay us this way, please let us know when booking.

Well, summer is over and as we slowly move into autumn, Big Bounce would like to announce a special winter discount we’re doing.

Get £10 off the price of any inflatable when booked indoors from now until 31st March. Simply tell us that you read this special offer on our blog and we’ll knock £10 off the cost of your castle. This applies to any inflatable with the exception of the go karts.

The Big Bounce Team will be at the Moorgreen Show in Nottingham this Bank Holiday Sunday and Monday with a selection of inflatables. Directions to the Moorgreen Show can be found on their website here. It’s a really great day out for the whole family and highly recommended.

So if you fancy coming and letting the kids have a go on our go karts, obstacle course, paintball range or slide then pop over and say hello to us.

We’d like to announce the arrival of our newest team member! Erin was born on 23rd July, weighing 7lb 11oz. Congratulations to Louisa and Matt, who are enjoying a well earned break from “Big Bouncing” for a few weeks, whilst their new arrival settles in.

If you have a baby in the house, then why not think about hiring our new Soft Play Area for their birthday or christening? This is a 14 x 14 inflatable with built in ball pool and a padded soft play zone. More details will be added to the “For Hire” section shortly, so keep checking back.

We’ve now moved into our new premises near to Eastwood. The new premises are nearer to the M1 and more central in Nottinghamshire, making it easier for us to get to the important people in our lives – you the customer!
